After completing the SingSaver Rewards Redemption Form, you will receive an acknowledgement email within the same day. During this time, we recommend you keep an eye out for this in your inbox's "Promotions" or "Spam" folder, as email providers may sometimes classify emails in this way.
An email providing you with a link to the Rewards Redemption form will be sent to your registered email address when you apply for a card/product via SingSaver (do check your Spam or Promotional Email folders for this). If you have already completed it, you would see the message "You have already submitted the Rewards Redemption form"; you would also receive a confirmation email on this within three business days after completing the form. If you fail to receive this email, please reach out to us for assistance.
