Your bank account details will be required for the cash transfer. You will be approached, via the email, for your bank account details once a card application has been made.
When your cash gift is ready, we will reach out to you to confirm your bank account details.
If there are no issues, your cash gift will then be transferred to you within 3 weeks of the email.
You will be notified, via email, that your vouchers (e.g. Takashimaya, NTUC vouchers) are ready for collection at our redemption centre.
Your e-vouchers (e.g. Grab, Qoo10) will be shared via email.
