Confirmations on SingSaver reward eligibility are provided to us in batches by our partners, therefore it could take two to three calendar months for SingSaver to notify you of any applicable rewards following the outcome of your application. For example, if you submitted your application in late-January, your reward (if eligible) could arrive in late-April that year.
To enjoy SingSaver rewards, you would need to complete the Rewards Redemption Forms sent to your registered email address when you sign up for credit cards via SingSaver.com.sg. These must be completed with accurate information, and submitted to SingSaver right after you complete your financial product application (e.g., credit card application), in order for us to verify rewards eligibility with the banks or financial product providers.
In this regard, without the Rewards Redemption Form, SingSaver cannot verify your eligibility for any rewards.
