The average waiting period is 60 to 90 days, after you have completed your SingSaver Rewards Redemption Form or after you have met the relevant promotion criteria, whichever is later.
If you are eligible for a SingSaver Reward, you will receive an email with the relevant redemption details. Remember to check your spam, promotions or junk folders, as our email may have been wrongly classified into them. As emails are SingSaver’s primary method of communicating with you, please add us (firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com) to your “Safe Sender” list or move us to your Primary email folder to ensure you receive all communications from us.
