You would be required to register for PayNow through your bank by using online banking, your bank's iBanking app or visiting your nearest bank's branch; and link your mobile number (and/or Singapore NRIC/FIN) to the bank account that you want the money to be transferred to.
*Please note, for promotions with rewards issued via PayNow, SingSaver requires your PayNow account to be linked to the mobile number you submitted in the Rewards Redemption Form.
Step 1: Log in to your bank’s existing internet banking or mobile banking app.
Step 2: At the PayNow registration screen, link your mobile number to the bank account. You will next receive an SMS OTP for verification.
Step 3: Finally, enter the name that will be used to identify you to complete the setup.
For customers who want to receive money through PayNow but do not wish to register on-line, they can contact their bank for off-line registration. This off-line registration is a simple process and is offered
free of charge by banks.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
If you have recently changed your mobile number, you should first update your new mobile number with the bank. You can do so via online banking, your bank's iBanking app, or by visiting your bank's branch.
Once you have updated your mobile number with the bank, your old mobile number will automatically be de-registered from PayNow. An SMS notification will be sent to the old mobile number, to confirm the de-registration.
You can then register your new mobile number as a PayNow Proxy via online banking, your bank's iBanking app.
Your previous number will be de-linked from your bank account. You can then link your new mobile number to your bank account.
