The Application Reference Number or Policy Number is a critical part of the Rewards Redemption Process. It identifies the applicant as well as the specific product he or she applied for. SingSaver will use this reference number to verify the applicant’s eligibility of the Reward.
SingSaver needs to receive an accurate and legitimate Application Reference or Policy Number within one week of your card/ product application date, in order to verify your eligibility for any SingSaver Rewards. Without this reference, SingSaver is unable to verify your eligibility for the applicable rewards.
Should you be unable to find your Application Reference Number, we would advise for you to contact the bank/provider to confirm and provide SingSaver with the correct Application Reference Number or Policy Number.
Applications received after the specified Promotion Period, or submitted through any means other than specified in Promotion Terms and Conditions, will not be eligible for Promotions, and as SingSaver is unable to make exceptions on this, we encourage you to complete the Rewards Redemption Form immediately after completing the card application.
