Unless otherwise stated, eligible applicants will receive an email from SingSaver with their gift redemption details 60 to 120 days from the date of submission of the Rewards Redemption Form or from the date of their product approval, whichever is later.
Eligible applicants are defined as applicants who have completed the following steps:
- Completed their product application through SingSaver’s website
i.e. the last click before landing on the credit card application form must have been a SingSaver channel, either on the SingSaver website or an advertisement by SingSaver
- Submitted their Rewards Redemption Form, sent to their registered email address, within the first 14 days of card application
- Fulfilled other promotional criteria following each promotion’s T&Cs.
Some examples include:
- Activating the approved credit card within 1 month from the date of card approval
- Making the first spend on the approved credit card within 1 month from the date of card approval
- Fulfilled other qualifying criteria such as submission dates within any given promotional period.
Remember to check your spam, promotions, or junk folders, as our email may have been wrongly classified into them. As emails are SingSaver’s primary method of communicating with you, please add us (firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com) to your “Safe Sender” list or move us to your Primary email folder to ensure you receive all communications from us.
