As the bank/provider has officially updated SingSaver of the ineligibility status of your application, for them to check in more detail, the bank/provider would require the applicant to contact them personally in order for the bank/provider to verify and confirm applicant’s details and divulge any information with regards to the application status.
In your communication with the bank/provider, we would recommend for you to confirm:
- The Application Reference Number/ Policy Number you provided to SingSaver is correct and there are no other reference numbers.
- This Application Reference Number/ Policy Number is approved
- The application was made through SingSaver
Once these have been confirmed, the bank/provider would simply need to drop SingSaver an official update by email informing us the change in application eligibility status, after which you should receive the reward notification email from SingSaver within a week.
Do note that SingSaver collaborates with bank partners to provide you with the information you need, in order to make decisions about financial products. Together with our partners, SingSaver’s decisions on rewards eligibility and value are also final (based on the respective promotion's terms and conditions), and no exceptions can be made.
