All gifts assigned for respective product approvals or winning prizes have been specially selected and purchased by SingSaver, exchanges to other gifts/rewards and changes to gift such as colour / model / components (even if recipient is willing to top up the cash value) is strictly not allowed, hence SingSaver and any designated redemption centres would not be able to accommodate such requests.
