SingSaver's rewards redemption process can be summarised using this infographic:

Step 1: Rewards Redemption Form
The SingSaver rewards redemption process starts when you submit your email address. Each customer will then receive an email from SingSaver, containing a unique Rewards Redemption Form link:
Based on our promotion terms and conditions, SingSaver must receive this completed rewards redemption form within 14 days of the product application application date. The Rewards Redemption Form is important as promotion eligibility will then be assessed based on the application reference number (what's that?) or policy number (what's that?) input in that form.
Please note that all the emails received in relation to the Rewards Redemption Form are automatically triggered upon submission of email address. They do not confirm that any product application was made via SingSaver, and they do not confirm reward eligibility.

Step 2: SingSaver's partners shares eligible application reference numbers/ policy numbers
This step may take up to 120 days as:
- We receive these data in batches from our partners
- You need time to complete the eligibility criteria
You are strongly encouraged to read through the promotion terms and conditions every time you make an application as these may change from time to time. Eligibility criteria, depending on the promotion, might include:- Product application approval
- Product activation
- Making a minimum amount of transactions using the product
With that, here's an example of when you might receive your rewards:
If you submitted your application in late-January, your reward (if eligible) could arrive in late-April that year.
Step 3: SingSaver processes the eligible application reference numbers/ policy numbers
During this time, SingSaver matches the application reference numbers/ policy numbers received in the submitted Rewards Redemption Form, to the eligible application reference numbers/ policy numbers received from our partners.
If there are any additional promotion criteria or mechanics, SingSaver will run the eligibility check at this point.
It is important for you to complete the Rewards Redemption Form accurately, correctly, and on time as any errors will result in unnecessary delay. Inaccurate, incomplete, or late Rewards Redemption Forms may result in disqualification of the rewards.

Step 4: SingSaver notifies you of your SingSaver reward
If you are eligible for a SingSaver Reward, you will receive an email with the relevant redemption details. Remember to check your spam, promotions or junk folders, as our email may have been wrongly classified into them. As emails are SingSaver’s primary method of communicating with you, please add us (no-reply@singsaver.com.sg and info@singsaver.com.sg) to your “Safe Sender” list or move us to your Primary email folder to ensure you receive all communications from us.
