When applying for a product via SingSaver, be very sure to follow these steps unless otherwise stated in our promotion terms and conditions:
Apply via SingSaver
Click on an ‘Apply Now’ link via a SingSaver website or any or SingSaver marketing communications. To ensure that the product is applied via SingSaver and not from any provider (e.g. SCB, FWD, Citi) marketing communications or SCB website, the offer listed should be a SingSaver offer.
Enter your email address
Upon clicking ‘Apply Now’, you will be redirected to a SingSaver page. Enter your email address and click ‘Confirm’.
You will now be redirected to the product provider's official website (e.g. SCB's official credit card application page) to complete the application. Leave this page open but do not continue yet. Go to Step 4.
Receiving of the Rewards Redemption Email
Check your email inbox to see if you have received an email from SingSaver to complete the redemption form. If you see it, go back to the bank’s website (opened in step 3) and continue the application process. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or repeat Step 1 above until you receive the email. This step is crucial as it allows us to track your application for you to receive the gift.
Note down your Application Reference Number
At the end of the application, note down the Application Reference Number (what is that?) as you will need it for Step 6.
Complete the Rewards Redemption Form
Go back to your inbox and complete the redemption form sent via email. Kindly complete the form accurately and correctly as you can only do it once. Applicants who do not fill up this form correctly will not receive the gift.
Product activation or any other required promotion criteria
Based on the terms and conditions, you may be required to activate the product or make a minimum spend when you receive it. Applicants are strongly advised to review the promotion terms and conditions to ensure this step is completed.
If you are eligible for a sign-up gift via SingSaver, you will receive an email by SingSaver within 120 calendar days of your card application or from the day the last promotion criteria is met, whichever is later. Please note that receipt of emails in step 2, 4 and 6 will not imply that the credit card application was made via SingSaver.
Kindly note that the receipt of the following emails neither confirms that any product application was made via SingSave nor confirms the eligibility for any SingSaver rewards:
- Rewards Redemption Email
This is an email automatically triggered when an applicant submits their email address in the rewards page.
- Confirmation of receipt of a successfully submitted Rewards Redemption Form
This is an email automatically triggered when an applicant successfully submits their Rewards Redemption Form.
- Rewards redemption reminder email
This is an email automatically triggered when an applicant fails to submit their Rewards Redemption Form, and is triggered to all applicants who have submitted an email address to SingSaver.
In addition, capturing a screenshot of the page where applicants are required to submit their email address does not prove that the credit card was applied via SingSaver. This information can only be verified by our partners in their communications to us.
