Here's a guide to SingSaver's gift redemption process to help you understand how we fulfil gift redemptions.
Once you have met the eligibility criteria for a promotion, it may take up to 90 to 120 days for gifts to be fulfilled.
In order to begin the fulfilment process, we need to receive the eligibility confirmation report from the bank. It takes considerable time to do this because:
- To qualify, you have to complete the eligibility criteria (like activating your credit card or making an eligible spend).
- Considering the large volume, we only receive these reports in periodic batches.
Here are the statuses of our banks' credit card promotions from the last 6 months in order to better understand where we are in the fulfilment journey:

Citibank
For applications from 28 June 2021 - 31 December 2022, a “Qualifying Spend” of a minimum of $500 is required within 30 days from your card approval date. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.

August:
For applications from 11 August - 4 September, your card has to be activated and a “Qualifying Spend” of $350 (on either the physical or digital version of the Credit Card) within a 30-day period from the account opening date and in any event no later than 18 October 2022 is required. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.
September:
For applications from 5 September - 2 October 2022, your card has to be activated and a “Qualifying Spend” of $500 (on either the physical or digital version of the Credit Card) within a 30-day period from the account opening date and in any event no later than 16 November 2022 is required. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.
October:
For applications from 3 October - 31 October 2022, your card has to be activated and a “Qualifying Spend” of $500 (on either the physical or digital version of the Credit Card) within a 30-day period from the account opening date and in any event no later than 15 December 2022 is required. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.
November:
For applications from 1 November - 30 November 2022, your card has to be activated and a “Qualifying Spend” of $500 (on either the physical or digital version of the Credit Card) within a 30-day period from the account opening date and in any event no later than 15 January 2023 is required. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.
December:
For applications from 1 December - 31 December 2022, your card has to be activated and a “Qualifying Spend” of $500 (on either the physical or digital version of the Credit Card) within a 30-day period from the account opening date and in any event no later than 15 February 2023 is required. This spend can be accumulative and does not have to be in a single receipt.
