What is an Application Reference Number?
The Application Reference Number (ARN) is provided to you by the financial service provider, after you have completed the online application form for a financial product. This number is unique to your financial product application.
Why does my Application Reference Number matter?
SingSaver uses the application reference number to verify the applicant’s eligibility of the Reward. Therefore, without this reference, SingSaver cannot verify your eligibility for any rewards.
To enjoy SingSaver rewards, you should provide this information to SingSaver via the Rewards Redemption Forms triggered to your registered email address when you sign up for financial products via SingSaver.com.sg. These must be completed accurately immediately after your application, in order to be eligible for consideration on rewards eligibility. In this regard, an incorrect or incomplete application reference number may result in a longer processing time for your rewards redemption.
Where do I find my Application Reference Number?
Different providers will generate different types of Application Reference Numbers (ARNs) application reference number differs from one provider to another. Your Application Reference Number can be found via these methods:
- Referencing the end of your application form
- Referencing the email acknowledgement sent by the provider
- By reaching out to the respective provider
