As part of our Rewards Journey revamp, users that previously held an account with us will be invited via email to set up a new account. All they need to do is to click on the Call-to-Action (CTA) button in this email.
We are committed to ensuring the utmost security for your data which means the following:
- You will not be moved over to the new account automatically
- The mobile phone number used for OTP verification when logging into your previous account will be deleted from our account holder database.
- Your email address remains in the newsletter database. If you left your phone number as part of a previous product application you may also be contacted via SMS for marketing purposes.
Those who register for our upcoming free SingSaver member account will be able to access a personal dashboard to:
- Check the status of your pending applications
- Revisit the terms and conditions for the promotions you signed up to
- Return to complete an application that you had begun
- Find your reward collection information
- See a history of your past applications and rewards
