If you would like to see your submitted details, you will need to access the Dashboard first. For those who have not signed up for a SingSaver account, follow this guide here to get started. Otherwise, here's what to do.
Getting to the Dashboard
There are 2 methods of accessing the Dashboard. Customers can access them via the email received upon reservation of reward or via the SingSaver home page.
1.1 Via the email sent upon reservation of Reward

1.3 Upon signing in, click on the same icon and you will be able to see Dashboard.

The Dashboard will show the applications that you have clicked or completed.

2.1 Image of a processing reward application in dashboard
“Processing” here basically indicates that you have successfully reserved your reward. To see the submitted details, click on “View application information.

2.2 Image of reward application still in draft in dashboard
This basically means the Reward for this application has not been reserved yet. Do take note of duplicate entries and ignore them if you have already submitted the Reward Reservation form. Otherwise, you can continue reserving your reward. For guidance on this, you can refer to details here.
