Below is a step-by-step picture guide to illustrate the new customer journey, which will be available from 16 August 2023. In this guide, we aim to ensure that the transition from the old to the new journey will be as seamless as possible for our customers.
In the new journey, we have enhanced the login method and users will no longer need an SMS OTP to login. Rather we will be using a passwordless option to facilitate logins. Users will need to verify themselves via the “Magic Link” that will be sent to them via email.
In addition to these changes, users will be able to view their submitted details via a new dashboard - details can be found here. Currently, we are testing out the new changes only for the CIMB credit card application.

Step 1: Arrive at the Log in/Sign up Page
Applicants will be required to log in or sign up by submitting their email address or logging in via Google Mail to proceed with the application journey.
Step 2: Verification Via email or Google Mail
Applicants will receive a verification request or also know as the “Magic Link '' via email if they have manually keyed in their email address or used the social login method - Google Mail. Click here to learn about the "Magic Link".
Step 3: Transition Page
This step is subject to device compatibility and we suggest viewing this page in Desktop for better user experience.
Tab 1 - Reward Reservation Page
I. Click on “Start Application” and you will be redirected to Tab 2.
(If you are trying to access the Reward Reservation Form, kindly return to Tab 1.)
II. Return to Tab 1 and click on the “Next” button. An activated “Next” button will be in orange.
Tab 2 - Provider Page (Sample Citibank)
Customers should return to tab 1 if they wish to only access the Reward Reservation Form and close Tab 2. If customers have not completed the application on the bank’s page, they can continue the application via Tab 2.
Step 4: Reservation of Reward
This is the most important part of the customer journey - the Rewards Reservation Form. Customers who do not fill this form within 14 days from their application date will be forfeited from the promotion.
Step 5: Confirmation of Reservation
Upon reserving your reward, you will arrive at the completion page (Fig 1) and receive an email from SingSaver on the successful reservation (Fig 2). Applicants can save a copy of the terms and conditions from Figure 1.
